Solidarity

Unity or agreement of feeling or action, especially among individuals with a common interest; mutual support within a group.

Patron/Patronize

One who buys the goods or uses the services offered, especially by an establishment. In the case of Obran Cooperative, Patron Members are those who work for the cooperative, thereby "using" the cooperative for professional and financial benefit.

Equity (financial)

The economic value of or "right to economic value" usually represented in a share.
