1. Medical Insurance Coverage
Obran offers medical, dental, vision and life Insurance to any full-time, W2 employee.
Obran Cooperative covers 100% of premiums for medical, dental and vision for full-time employees who are members (eligibility begins upon execution of Member Agreement).
Obran also makes contributions for non-member employees. Those rates are established by the business unit. Inquire directly with your manager for current rates.
2. Financial Assistance Resources
Employee Paycheck Advance Policy: This benefit allows employees early access to the wages they have already earned but have not yet received through the regular payroll process. This policy is designed to support employees who need immediate financial relief between standard pay periods. The Paycheck Advance can be requested up to twice a year and is limited to the amount earned to date. Detailed guidelines and application processes are available in a linked document.
Member Loan Policy The Member Loan offers Obran Cooperative employees who are members in good standing the opportunity to borrow funds that can be repaid over a period of up to six months (12 pay periods). These loans are subject to an annual interest rate and a processing fee, both of which are deducted across the repayment term. Loans can be used for genuine needs, encouraging responsible borrowing and financial management. Eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and the application process are detailed in a linked document for members to review and follow.
3. CCO Shadow Program
